Altus SL-M315 Shift Lever

The numbered gear display sitting under the bar makes it so easy to see what gear I'm in without looking down. Shifting feels light and crisp even on steep climbs, and the slim lever body fits my hand nicely.

Swapped my old worn-out shifter for this one and the lever throw is noticeably lighter, which my thumb appreciates on long rides. The slim lever body sits close to the grip so I'm not reaching, and having the gear numbers right there makes quick downshifts easier.

The numbered gear display sitting below the bar is genuinely handy on rough trails since I can glance down and know what cog I'm in. Shifts are light and crisp, though the lever has a slightly plasticky feel compared to pricier models.
