MRX Comp Shifter

The GripShift style took me right back to my first mountain bike, and it still shifts clean and crisp. Twisting through the 9 cogs feels solid, no skipping or hesitation. Hard to beat for the price.

Swapped these onto my old 8-speed commuter and the indexing lined up with my Shimano derailleur right out of the box. The twist grip has a firm, notchy feel going through the gears, no slop at all.

The GripShift-style twist action took me a couple of rides to get used to, but now I barely think about it. Indexing stays crisp on my old 9-speed setup and it didn't cost me much at all.
