Slid these over my cycling shoes and the toe box actually stays warm on 40-degree morning rides now. The neoprene is thick enough to block wind but they still pack down small in a jersey pocket.

My feet used to go numb about twenty minutes into every cold ride, but with these neoprene covers pulled over my shoes I made it a full two hours without that ice-block feeling. They stretch on snug and stay put, no flapping around the toe.

Rode in 38-degree drizzle last week and my toes stayed dry the whole two hours. The neoprene blocks wind way better than the thin covers I had before, and they slip on over my shoes in seconds.
